The purpose of this project was to support planning activities related to the São Vicente Island Marine Special Economic Zone (EEZ or 佛得角圣文森特岛海洋经济特区 or Zona Económica Especial Marinha de São Vicente or ZEEMSV) in Cape Verde.

The EEZ includes constructing a container terminal Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
